ORDERING...We accept all major credit cards & debit cards through PayPal which is a safe and proven method for online transactions. It's fast & easy, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to use the service. SHIPPING...Currently we ship all orders by the United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority or First Class Mail. Your items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. If you require special shipping arrangements, please let us know. We can also drop-ship your order to another address, if you're sending it as a gift. Please make sure you specify the address when placing your order. All Canadian orders will be charged shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Once the shipping is paid for, the order will be shipped by USPS International Priority Mail. If you live in the Grand Rapids, MI area, you may arrange for a local pick-up. Just let us know! RETURNS...If your item arrives damaged, please send us an eMail. As a general rule I will replace the item, however you will be required to return the damaged item to me at your cost. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of our shipping date. Item must be returned in original condition for resale and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You will receive a credit for the items cost once we receive it. Because Aroma Fresheners are made to order, they are non returnable. |
